Open Doors, an interdenominational faith-based agency, is looking for a Communications AssistantHuman Resource Officer, and Project-based Research Assistant.

A Communications Assistant who has a heart for telling the story of the Persecuted Church.

Qualifications are as follows:
-College graduate, preferably with a Bachelor's Degree, majoring in any of the following courses: Journalism, Broadcasting, Communications, Marketing, or Advertising
-Possesses at least one (1) year of experience in communications work in any capacity
-Preferably familiar with church and missions work in Asian countries
-Has a knack for telling stories
-Proficient in verbal and written English
-Has excellent cross-cultural communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
-Photography and videography skills desired but not mandatory
-Self-starter, teachable, and a team player
-Willing to take risks
-Willing to travel

Key Job Responsibilities:
The Communications Assistant will be responsible for (1) providing technical support to in-country communicators and (2) for releasing accurate, engaging, and secure communications content. He or she will travel to target countries for story gathering, media acquisition, and project evaluation as needed.

The Communications Assistant will report directly to the Communications Manager.

A Human Resource Officer with the level of Section Head who can develop effective relationships with line managers and provide a professional HR service to the organization.
He/ She must be an experienced and energetic individual to join our HR department.

Key Job Responsibilities:
The HR Officer will report directly to the Assistant Base Director for Organizational Support  be responsible in providing  HR services including staff recruitment and selection, job evaluation, performance management, staff care, learning and development, payroll, compensation and benefits management, organizational development, conflict management, policy and procedure formulation, and other HR areas.
