REGIONAL DIRECTOR FOR ASIA 2 REGION

The Regional Director leads and manages sub‑regional directors and country managers to
serve the most persecuted Christians, supporting their mission to proclaim and demonstrate the gospel of Christ in their communities. Called as a true servant of God, the Regional Director guides the region with a heart for God’s purposes, creating and executing strategic plans while managing and motivating people. The role places a strong emphasis on leadership development and succession planning, ensuring effective stewardship of financial, human, informational, and material resources.

In this role, the Regional Director defines and manages risks to the ministry, protects the
personal data of persecuted Christians, and ensures alignment with the parent company’s
calling, values, strategy, policies, and standards. The Regional Director nurtures a culture of trust and collaboration across global teams and provides communication resources to engage Christians worldwide in prayer and financial support for those who suffer for their faith. Through cooperative work with the parent company, the Regional Director advances the mission, vision, and the ‘Strengthen What Remains 2030’ global strategy, ensuring the Church remains strong, united, and effective in its calling.

FINANCE OFFICER (REGIONAL HEAD QUARTERS)

To oversee the day-to-day financial operations and activities particularly accounting and financial reporting of the Regional Headquarters. The Finance Officer will also be responsible in managing the annual financial audit and will ensure compliance with all finance related requirements of the Global Office and government requirements related to the Regional Headquarters for Asia. This position will supervise the Regional Accounting Assistant in fulfilling all
accounting ensuring the integrity of the books of accounts.
