The Site Lead and Deputy Head of Global IT (“Deputy”) oversees the staff and IT operations for our Southeast Asia staff. This includes overseeing the mission-alignment and spiritual nurturing for local staff in partnership with the regional base leadership, including hiring, culture, and IT for the office (communications infrastructure, security, software, etc.). The Deputy supports strategic resource planning, technology management, resource allocation, and budgeting for the local operations (staffing, facilities, supplies, etc.).

Open Doors is hiring for FIMS (ERP) Application Administrator for Asia Region to be based preferably in Manila Office. This position is responsible for functional application management, configuration and maintain optimal operations of FIMS for all sub-regions in the Asia region in accordance with Global guidelines and as per agreed service levels. It closely monitors and provides regular status reports on the performance of the application. It provides adequate FIMS training to end users that includes providing updated training resources (including manuals) and procedures. This position collaborates, coordinates and supports the head accountants from all Asia sub-regions to ensure that integrity of the books of account is maintained. The support for FIMS is done in accordance with ITIL processes for configuration, incident, problem, and change and version management.
