REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for partnering with Open Doors Philippines in supporting persecuted Christians around the world. Your prayers and support make a valuable impact.

Open Doors Philippines makes public its policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for the ministry given through any of our giving channels such as but are not limited to:  BDO, BPI, GCASH, Cheque or Cash. 

No refund/cancellation for the donated amount by any donor will be entertained. By giving to Open Doors PH, you also acknowledge that the donations you made are considered a voluntary act of giving, and are non-refundable, especially if the donation is for a specific cause or project. The donation will be used for supplying Bibles, training church leaders, providing practical support and emergency relief, and supporting Christians who suffer persecution and discrimination for their faith. Our national bases in 25 countries work to raise awareness of global persecution, mobilizing prayer, support and action among Christians.

Our organization does not compel any person or organization to donate money. By choosing to donate to Open Doors Philippines, you also acknowledge that your donations help support and fund projects that support Christians worldwide.   

If at any time you feel that you wish to collect any information on how your money was spent, you are most welcome to contact us. While donating the money, you are free to ask any query you have mind. Our staff will graciously guide you through the entire process and how the money is utilized. It is your right to know where the donation is being used.

Once your donation is made whether online or in person (to authorized Open Doors staff), we will send a confirmation email and/or official receipt regarding your donation.
