Following Jesus in North Korea is so dangerous, it should be impossible. And yet, even here, the Lord is at work...
Deep in a forest on the border, two young refugees fleeing North Korea encountered an evangelist named Cho*. Cho gave them food, shelter and a Bible. The couple distrusted this stranger at first. But one day, Eun-Yeong• had a dream.
''A person called me, f think it was 'Jesus' this book talks about. I want to know more..."
Eun-Yeong and her partner CheaI-Ho stayed at an Open Doors safe house, gave their lives to Jesus and their faith grew.
Incredibly, the couple returned to North Korea to share the gospel. One year later, they sent a coded message to Cho. It said simply: "Our family has grown to five."
It seems impossible, doesn't it? But with God, all things are possible.
Today, hidden along the border, Open Doors partners like Cho are waiting to minister to fleeing North Koreans. They can't do it without your support.
